I've been asked several times for a more readable version of the picture I created primarily with AI, which contains various quotes expressing the well-known demand for improved intelligence cooperation at the EU level.
So here is a slightly modified XLS table – readable and ready to be supplemented as desired.
The table lists, chronologically, the numerous good, yet rarely implemented, wishes and ideas for this cooperation, which are repeatedly called for and declared indispensable.
Many years have passed since the initial ideas, and it must be said that there is still considerable room for improvement.
