Nachdem ich beispielsweise im braven Amtsblatt für den Landkreis Havelland über die Atomwaffen Division Deutschland gestolpert bin ( Jahrgang 27, 2020-03-13, Nr. 05, S. 52)... ... hat nun auch das in diesen Dingen bewundernswert rührige Mitglied des US Kongresses,  Elissa Slotkin , hier Handlungsbedarf gesehen! Mit Datum vom 5. April 2021 hat sie Antony J. Blinken (bekanntlich Secretary of State) schriftlich gebeten, darüber nachzudenken, diese - und andere Gruppen - auf die Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGT) Liste zu stellen. Sie würden nach Ansicht von Slotkin die Merkmale einer Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) erfüllen.  Ich hatte bereits mehrfach in der Vergangenheit in verschiedenen Publikationen - auch auf diesem Blog - über diese und ähnliche Organisationen berichtet und in einzelnen Analysen dargelegt, dass die Verknüpfung dieser Personenkreise mit Kriminellen von besonderem Interesse sein muss. The current situation in the Suez Canal immediately reminded me of an interesting study from September 2008 by Christopher D. Epp at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey: Protection Against A Ship As A Weapon . This investigation is, among other things, about the defense against terrorist attacks carried out with ships. One could now speculate whether the incident with the Ever Given was deliberately executed. If you consider the consequences, then it could have been a test run. Anyone who controls such shipping routes can achieve a lot and exert pressure. A risk analysis of individual bottlenecks in this world - there aren't too many - is definitely worthwhile.  It is not for nothing that China tries to lease ports forever or to buy them in full. And so Beijing is interested in controlling canals. I only remember the Panama Canal.  ... das ist auch so eine Sache: Nun sah ich gerade ein kurzes Video auf der Website, die ich aufgrund ihrer zahlreichen inhaltlichen Fehler eigentlich nur noch selten besuche, nämlich Spiegel Online. Soeben las ich voller Begeisterung und Optimismus eine Verlautbarung des österreichischen Bundesministeriums für Inneres:  " Nehammer: BVT wird auf neues Fundament gestellt " Dies wird dort sogar als "Jahresrückblick" angepriesen! Insgesamt geht es bei dem neuen Fundament, auf dem künftig das BVT aufbauen soll, um eine neue und qualitativ hochwertige Personalpolitik. Nicht zu Unrecht wird eingangs geschildert, was es alles an Ungemach in der Vergangenheit gegeben hatte, u.a.  Personaldiskussionen und -spekulationen, eine Polizei-interne Razzia, schwindendes Vertrauen der Partnerdienste, ein möglicherweise verhinderbarer, islamistischer Terroranschlag – die vergangenen Monate und Jahre sind nicht spurlos am BVT vorübergegangen. Es ist schon deprimierend, wenn man sich für bestimmte Recherchen immer wieder gewissen Personenkreisen und ihren Behauptungen aussetzen muss, von denen man sich besser tunlichst fernhalten sollte. Es sei denn, man zeigt ein vertieftes Interesse nicht nur an massivsten Gewaltdarstellungen und verstörenden Obszönitäten, sondern auch an absurden Argumentationen. Letztere gewürzt mit den üblichen antisemitischen Behauptungen oder wahlweise auch linksextremistischen Geschwurbel, vorgetragen im Stil der guten alten Befreiungstheologie - allerdings verstärkt mit diversen Prisen an Facebook/VK/Reddit Lehrmeinungen.  Mein letzter Text behandelt das Problem der militanten Impfgegner, am 22. Während die eine mir immer mehr von Wahnsinn, Dummheit und Absurdität gepackt worden zu sein scheint, glaube ich in der anderen eine mitunter sehr berechnende Vorgehensweise zu erkennen, die vielleicht sogar darauf abzielt, die andere Gefahr zu instrumentalisieren, um sie dem eigenen politischen Kalkül dienbar zu machen.  Gottes Zoo ist bekanntlich gross und schaut man sich die Menschen an, die derzeit bei den Demonstrationen gegen die leider notwendigen Maßnahmen gegen die Ausbreitung des Coronavirus mitmarschieren, so zweifelt man zumindest bei einem gewissen Prozentsatz der Teilnehmer am gesunden Menschenverstand. Aber was ist schon gesund? Seit Jahren nun verbreitet die " Reichsbewegung – Neue Gemeinschaft von Philosophen" ihre pseudo-intellektuellen Pamphlete. Bereits 2012 ging die Bundesregierung auf diese "Bewegung" ein, die v or einiger Zeit versuchte, auf den Anti-Coronahype aufzuspringen. Bizarrer geht es nicht:

The frustration that China is currently creating with its repressive measures and threats around the world has several consequences. And so I am pleased to point out to my new paper: "Far-right extremists step up international networking", published with Jane‘s Intelligence Review .  Key Points are: Increased monitoring of the communications of far-right extremists suggests that their personal and international contacts are growing in importance. Far-right extremists travel internationally to network at conferences and events, and to gain combat experience and training in conflict zones. The increasing internationalisation of far-right extremism is likely to further international networking between extremists in-person and virtually. I find the new Senate Review of the Intelligence Community Assessment of Russia Investigation extremely useful and since hours I cannot stop reading.  Didn't know that they already planned years ago the Hygiene Demo in Berlin, but here I found the evidence: Multifaceted it obviously is! Die derzeitige Krise, hervorgerufen durch den Corona Virus, bietet eigentlich eine gute Gelegenheit,  die heilige Kuh namens Intelligence Cycle unter nahezu Kriegsbedingungen zu testen:  Traditionelles nachrichtendienstliches Arbeiten orientiert sich seit Jahrzehnten an diesem Modell –  besonders in Europa, besonders in Deutschland. Die spärliche Literatur im deutschen Sprachraum  zu diesem Modell, vieles davon eher im Bereich von Competitive Intelligence angesiedelt,  behandelt dieses starre System geradezu als sakrosankt. Ganz aufregende, voll krass investigative Recherchen zum derzeit umstrittenen Verein Uniter zeigen Unerhörtes! Unter der Rubrik Investigativ der Tagesschau wird stolz gemeldet, dass das " ARD-Magazin Kontraste  in Zusammenarbeit mit t-online" herausgefunden habe (gar durch gefährliche Recherchen vor Ort?), dass Uniter " mit Kräften der Philippinischen Nationalpolizei (PNP) eine Trainingseinheit im Laguna Distrikt südlich der Hauptstadt Manila durchgeführt [hat]. Im Juli 2019 fand dazu eine Schulung mit der PNP auf den Philippinen statt ."  Ich vermute mal, dass versehentlich der folgende Absatz in dem o.g. Tagesschau-Artikelchen vergessen wurde: Unsere unter Einsatz ihres Lebens investigativ recherchierenden, mutigen Journalisten fanden heraus, dass bereits am 3.
